Virtual estimates are #1!
You must send a full photo/video showing the full wall/room that you would like designed for a virtual quote.
Areas that are left out of media, will require the additional service fee & may require an inconvenience fee of approximately $50.
Please assure you discuss all services that you want done. Booking another date may be required to accommodate your request. (EX: If you book for a full room solid paint, which is up to 4 walls, but before, during, or after service you decide to add ceiling or baseboards/trim you will be required to pay for the service add on & inconvenience fee if not booked in advance. Please make sure you request all services that you are interested in so that we can schedule accordingly.
If you prefer to have a walk thru estimate there is a $25-$40 travel fee.
Most paint is NOT included in labor estimate. With this option you must supply your own paint, however paint can be picked up from local store. A $20 service fee may be required.
It is preferred NOT to edit or add to a design that someone else has started.
Your wall(s) may require separate priming your walls are already painted or have a glossy texture. Priming service is $100 per room. Client must provide primer.
ALL items must be moved away from the wall(s) that are being worked on with enough space to maneuver. Wall decorations such as picture frames, mirrors, TVs , decals/stickers must be removed. We do not uninstall/remove TVs from wall, however we can paint around tv mounts as close as possible.
If you have booked services for your bathroom it MUST be throughly cleaned, especially behind the toilet. I can NOT work in an unclean bathroom. You may re-book at a later date with a new deposit if your bathroom has not been cleaned upon arrival.
Absolutely no watching while service is being conducted. If you are interested in seeing how work is being done, please sign up for the one-on-one training or workshop. If a camera is present in the room that is being serviced, it will be unplugged and/or covered.
You are more than welcome to remove valuable items from the workspace if you wish to. No other cameras will be touched, You may however come in periodically to view the layout and design.
Due to COVID the area will be disinfected with Lysol and mask will be worn outside of closed in workspaces.
Please let us know if you, someone in your home or someone that you have been in contact with within the last 24 hours has been diagnosed with covid or have covid like symptoms. Your appointment can be rescheduled without penalty.
At minimum $50+ (per room) Non-refundable deposit is required.
50% of your deposit can be transferred upon rescheduling (1) time within 24 hours in advance.
After communication & agreed time & date, all deposits are due upon to lock in your appointment.
Deposits can be paid via PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or Apple Pay. Do not send any payments unless you have had mutual agreed communication.
Your remaining balance payment is due the day of service. Remaining balance payments can be paid through invoice, Apple Pay, Zelle and cash ONLY.
Late payments are unacceptable, but there is a policy in place, just in case. $10 per day late fee will be applied to your balance. Do not book for services unless you have your funds available.
We do not arrange payment plans, however you can feel free to use KLARNA or SEZZLE through our site where your payment will be divided into 4 payment over 8 weeks. (Please ask us to send an invoice so you can choose this option.)
Media taken before, during and after may be captured of your product, home or business may be used for promotional purposes on our social media platforms as well as products such as flyers etc.
Some personal items that have not been cleared out may show in photos. You have the option to remove all personal items.
Travel fee outside of standard mile radius will be applied based on law regulations per mileage or distance. Fuel & toll fees MUST be covered.
When accepting a booking for out of town clients, clients must participate will all communications for organizing & finalizing airfare, lodging, transportation service such as rental vehical, personal approved transportation, 3rd party service such as uber, lyft etc. (per diem).
*Travel Expenses must be paid for prior to travel.
